The room was newly decorated with the best view, we stayed here for 2 nights. There were coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator too.

Loved our really great stay here, would definitely come back. The place was beautiful and quiet and restaurant was great. When we checked in, a double room with the best view was ready.

Loved the location! Just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful Marginal Way. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the cove and the ocean. We also appreciated the convenience of parking right in front of our room. The newly remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower was a nice touch.

The location was superb, overlooking the harbor of Perkins Cove. We had our own adirondack chairs right outside of our room and there were plenty more chairs available for all guests to use. We enjoyed walking over the drawbridge and trying out the seafood at nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the outdoor sitting area and the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and several great restaurants.

The views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking. I could sit there for hours, enjoying the ever-changing scenery of Perkins Cove. The sound of the lobster boats and drawbridge added to the charm. The room was clean and comfortable, with a supportive mattress and cozy easy chairs. The WiFi signal was strong even on the deck. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and boat tours.

the location of this motel is perfect! close to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Marginal Way beach path. the rooms are recently remodeled and very clean. the view of the cove and the ocean from our room was amazing.
